Refund Policy
Thank you for the trust you have placed in the Xactimate Training School for your Xactimate training. We take that trust very seriously and it is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please feel free to reach out to us via email or phone if you require assistance at any time.
If you require a refund please email our offices to put us on formal notice at: support@Xactimatetrainingschool.com. Our refund policy is to refund 100% of your registration less a $50 Admin Fee if we are put on formal notice within three (3) days of your course start date. Failure to login, start, or finish the course does not make a student eligible for a refund. You do not have to have a specific reason for a refund BUT you must put us on formal written notice within three (3) days of your course start date.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Failure to login.
- Failure to complete a course.
- Failure to connect with the internet at your home, office, or wherever you intend to broadcast your scheduled class.
- Failure to download Xactimate Desktop on your computer.
- Failure to put Xactimate Training School on formal written notice withing three (3) days of your course start date.
Remember, you put Xactimate Training School on formal written notice within 72 hours of the start of the course date to be eligible for a refund by emailing to: support@XactimateTrainingSchool.com.
